"We had used another State Farm agent north of Dover from around 1996 and were very happy with them,however over the years service has taken a back seat. We never received a quote for a personal item after asking twice. The staff just isn’t all that helpful,actually rude. Looking for another agent my wife made an appointment at Dougherty for a review of our policies etc which was long overdue. Yesterday we met with Wyatt, he was more than helpful, very knowledgeable and was able to make some suggestions and adjustments. The staff we met couldn’t be more friendly and the office is clean and inviting. Wyatt was able to give us a quote for the above mentioned personal item in ten minutes. I extremely happy we made the switch, with yesterday’s experience I recommend it."
